Regulate this!
You get a phony text message, then you get the bill. You then have to pay those that sent the phony message and took your money (without asking) in order to get your money back.
Doesn't sound legal, does it? Maybe in other developed nations it wouldn't be, but in the UK we have regulators who are employed by the companies they regulate. You couldn't make it up! And we have the gall to criticise other countries...
