This is Andrew Bud. He runs a company called mBlox. They're apparently the world's largest mobile transaction network. They also specialise in global operator connectivity and mobile billing... hmm. Whilst Andrew isn't running the world's largest whatever the fudge, he regulates, regularly. That's for the PhonepayPlus which, incidentally, regulates his company - er, regularly (small fines usually, but often) Oh, almost forgot - He's also board member & vice chairman of KLF, er MFI, no wait, MEF
