GPS on a SIM card... Whatever next?
I haven't got my head around this yet, but it would appear that Sagem Orga have managed to cram a GPS chip on to a mobile phone SIM card. If that's right, how have they managed it? How well does it work? Could current non-GPS enabled handsets use it? Will it be a problem on phones that have the SIM holder underneath the battery compartment?
Obviously there's the issue of cost too, as well as getting mobile operators on board.
I think some of my questions might be answered in their press release but I'm too bloody tired to wade through it all right now!
