Conclusive proof that they use a magic 8 ball to forecast the weather?

Anyone in southern England can tell you that right now there isn't a white cloud with the sun just peeping out behind it. No. Instead, there's really dark clouds and, if you squint, possibly some signs of something that may possibly be bright hid well and truly behind it.
