The Hut 10% off day. How generous.
Just had an email from The Hut saying it's 10% off day. They sure can be generous at times, shame it's not consistant.
My nephew finally got his Lego Batman on Wii yesterday. No cover letter apologising for their mistake. No money off code. No token gift. What there was, other than the game, was a freepost envelope to send the version they wrongly sent out back...
I'm going to start to act like the companies I deal with. Sure The Hut will get their Lego Batman DS back, it just might take me a while (possibly upto 28 days) to track down a postbox. Or in other words, I'm not going out of my way to send it back, if I happen to have the game on me and I happen to pass a postbox or post office...
