Why do 3 text me in the small hours to tell me I've had my fair share?
Following on from my comparisons of mobile data plans in the UK and my generally postive view of 3's X-Series, I have to say they've got to do something about their billing, usage policy and notifications.
3, please:
- Don't text people in the middle of the night to tell them they've gone over the fair use limit
- Don't hide the data usage page on My 3 from time to time
Ahhh, not yet finished this post (clearly) and have to go out - is it just me or is there a lack of a "save to drafts" page on VOX when composing a post?
Ah, I should've finished this last night - Now I'm too excited about the skypephone. Hmm, excited seems to be a slight overstatement but I can't quite think of the word that would mean a tad less.
