You've gotta love the interweb and folk like del hombre 'El Gringo' over at The Scream's forums.  He not only dug deep, but presented the evidence well.

I thoroughly recommend checking it out: Mobile Privacy Service: £1.50 con to use TPS - That's the service run by scammers who themselves send out unsolicited crap (mostly of an 'adult' nature and often without any indication it's a premium message from a company, not a person).

You couldn't make this up.  How bloody cheeky!  Gotta hand it to the man though, it's a freaking awesome idea...

1. Spam folk with premium rate texts priced at £1.50 a pop
2. Keep doing it until they text back STOP ALL
3. If you get caught and have wrist slapped, lay low for 6 months
4. 6 months later spam same folk from a different number
5. Make it difficult to get a refund and a straight answer
6. Start up another premium rate text service, this time advertise it as a way to stop unsolicited crap.  Charge £1.50 for the privilege
